Yard signs, done properly
Yard signs are the one product where the internet genuinely competes on price. National sites print corrugated plastic in volume and ship it in a couple of days, and for a two-week campaign that is often a perfectly sensible thing to buy.
What we do differently is everything above that. We make yard signs in Rosenberg, TX in aluminium, aluminium composite, wood, Lexan and acrylic — the substrates that survive years rather than weeks, that cannot be shipped economically, and that need somebody local to install.
We still print corrugated. We just will not pretend it is the right answer for a sign that has to be there next summer.
Substrates, longest life first
Aluminium
.040 and heavier. Years of outdoor life, will not flex or soften, takes grommets and frames. See aluminum sign panels.
Aluminium Composite
Rigid, light for its size and routs to any outline rather than a rectangle. The workhorse for larger yard panels.
Wood
Routed and carved for entrances, farms and anywhere character matters more than economy. See custom wood signs.
Lexan
Impact resistant where a panel is likely to get hit — sports fields, driveways, exposed frontages.
Acrylic
Laser cut to a polished edge. Premium frontage, offices and anywhere the sign is part of the finish.
Corrugated Plastic
The short-term option. Elections, open houses, seasonal promotions and anything measured in weeks.
How long does it need to stand?
That one question settles the substrate, and the substrate settles everything else. Buying a two-week sign for a two-year job is the most expensive mistake in the category.

Stakes, frames and how it actually stands up
More yard signs fail at the stake than at the panel. An economy wire step stake is fine for lightweight corrugated on soft ground. Put a rigid aluminium panel on one and the first storm will lay it flat.
We supply heavy duty step stakes for anything with weight, angle iron steel frames in standard sizes, and post sets where a frame is not the right look. Published pricing on stakes and frames is on the price guide.
For quantities across a campaign or a territory, tell us the ground conditions as well as the count. Soft rice-country soil and a compacted job site want different hardware.

We run both a router and a laser, which means shapes, letters and panels are cut here rather than ordered in. Acrylic takes a polished edge off the laser; the router handles wood, aluminium composite and PVC with depth and dimension.
Common questions
Should I buy aluminium or corrugated plastic?
Ask how long it has to stand. Weeks means corrugated. Months to years means aluminium or composite, because a corrugated sign will fade, soften at the edges and start to look neglected long before a rigid panel does.
Can I buy yard signs cheaper online?
For corrugated plastic in quantity, often yes — national sites print in volume and ship in a couple of days. For rigid aluminium, wood or acrylic the freight usually costs more than the sign, which is why those are worth buying twenty minutes away.
What stake do I need?
Economy wire step stakes suit lightweight corrugated on soft ground. Anything rigid or heavy needs a heavy duty stake or a steel frame, or the first storm will lay it down. Tell us the ground conditions too.
Do you do election and campaign runs?
Yes, and corrugated is genuinely the right product for those. Tell us the count and the timeline and we will price it honestly.
Can yard signs be cut to a shape?
Yes on rigid substrates. The router cuts composite, PVC, Lexan and wood to any outline, and the laser cuts acrylic to a polished edge.
Do you supply frames?
