Banners that hold their size

A banner is the cheapest way to cover a large area, which is why so many of them look terrible by August. The failure is almost always the same: unprotected ink in direct Texas sun, or the wrong material fighting the wind.

We print on the roll-fed machine and laminate before finishing. The laminate holds the colour through the summer. The finishing — hemmed edges, welded seams, grommets set where the load actually is — is what keeps it on the wall.

Most of what we run is large: building elevations, construction fence, pylon sign faces and billboard skins. Those are the jobs the online printers cannot ship economically, and the ones where getting the material and the fixing right actually matters.

What we print

The four jobs that come through most often. Sizes are made to fit — there is no standard catalogue to squeeze into.

Wall Banners

Printed banners mounted directly to a building elevation. The fastest way to get a business identified while the permanent sign is being fabricated, and a straightforward option for seasonal coverage on a large blank wall. Sized to the elevation, hemmed and grommeted, with fixings to suit the substrate.

Fence Banners

Mesh on chain link and construction fence. Perforated so wind passes through rather than tearing out the grommets, printed with whatever the site needs — contractor identification, Now Leasing, project information, safety notices. The banner that stays up for the length of the build or the lease-up.

Pole Sign Banners & Flex Face

Flexible vinyl faces for pole and pylon sign cabinets, printed as one continuous piece and tensioned into the frame. No panel joints across the face, lighter than a rigid sheet, and replaceable without touching the structure. When a tenant changes or a face has gone brittle and chalky, a new flex face is usually a fraction of rebuilding the cabinet.

Billboards

Printed billboard faces and roadside bulletins for existing structures and post-mounted frames. Full colour on the roll-fed machine, seamed to the required size, finished for outdoor tension. Bring the frame dimensions and we print to them.

Other custom banners

Beyond the large outdoor work, the roll-fed machine runs whatever else comes through: school and athletics banners, senior and player recognition, church and event banners, fundraisers, grand opening and coming soon boards, and covers over signage that has changed hands.

That last one comes up more than people expect. A tenant leaves, the name on the cabinet is wrong, and the replacement face is weeks out — a printed banner sized to the existing cabinet covers it cleanly in the meantime, at a fraction of the cost of rushing the reface.

If you have a size, a location and a timeframe, we can quote it.

Which material fits the job

Most banner disappointment is a material choice, not a printing problem. Three options cover almost everything we quote.

Most common

13oz Vinyl

  • Solid, opaque, full colour
  • Best for walls, hoarding and elevations
  • Laminated for outdoor life
  • Struggles on exposed, windy elevations

Wind exposed

Mesh

  • Perforated so wind passes through
  • Built for construction fence and scaffolding
  • Slightly softer colour than solid vinyl
  • Far less likely to tear out its grommets

Pole & pylon cabinets

Flex Face Vinyl

  • Heavy translucent vinyl made to be tensioned
  • Runs as one face with no panel joints
  • Replaceable without altering the cabinet
  • Specified by cabinet size — we need the frame dimensions

Finishing is what keeps it up

A banner fails at its edges. We hem every perimeter rather than leaving a raw cut, which roughly doubles the material at the stress points, and we set grommets based on the span and the exposure rather than a fixed spacing.

For long runs or anything on an exposed elevation we can add reinforced corners, rope in the hem, or wind slits. For temporary work none of that is necessary and we will say so.

If you already have hardware — a frame, an existing pole set, a cabinet or a billboard structure — bring the measurements and we will print to it.

How a banner order runs

01

Sizes and site

Tell us the dimensions, where it goes and how long it stays up. For a flex face we need the cabinet or frame measurements. We recommend the material.

02

Artwork

Send print-ready files, or we build the layout from your logo and copy.

03

Print & laminate

Printed full colour on the roll-fed machine, then laminated.

04

Finish & fit

Hemmed, grommeted or seamed for tension. Pick up at the Rosenberg shop, delivered, or installed on commercial sites.

Banners across four counties

Construction fence banners in Katy and Missouri City, wall banners on new retail in Richmond and Sugar Land, pylon face replacements across Fort Bend County — that is a normal week.

We also run out to El Campo, Wharton, Bay City and Palacios, where the national franchises rarely bother to quote.

Common questions

How long will an outdoor banner last in Texas?

A laminated 13oz vinyl banner holds its colour through a full season in direct sun and will usually go well beyond a year if it is not on an exposed elevation. Unlaminated banners are the ones that look chalky by August.

What is a flex face and do I need one?

A flex face is a flexible vinyl sign face tensioned into a pole or pylon sign cabinet, printed as one continuous piece rather than assembled from panels. If your existing face has gone brittle, faded, or lists a tenant who has moved out, replacing the face is usually far cheaper than replacing the cabinet.

Can you print a banner to cover an existing sign?

Yes, and it is a common job. Bring the cabinet or panel dimensions and we print to fit, with grommets or a hem set for how it will be fixed.

What size banner do I need for a construction fence?

Most fence runs take mesh banners sized to the panel spacing rather than one long piece. Tell us the fence length and we will work out how it should be split.

Do you install banners?

We install on commercial sites where access needs equipment — flex faces, billboard skins and high wall mounting. For fence and low wall work most customers handle it themselves, and we set the grommets so they can.
