The sign your building is judged by

Storefront signs in Rosenberg, TX are the single most important sign most businesses own. It is the one that tells people you exist, that you are open, and — fairly or not — what kind of operation you run.

We build the whole family: fascia and wall signs, lighted storefront signs, pole and pylon signs on the road, monuments at the entrance, and interior and lobby signage once people are inside. All of it made in Rosenberg and installed across Fort Bend, Brazoria, Wharton and Matagorda Counties.

Everything printed is digitally printed and laminated rather than flatbed UV direct, which is why our older work around this county still reads.

How far away does it need to be read?

That one question decides the type of sign more reliably than budget does. Get it wrong and you either overspend or install something nobody sees.

At the building

Fascia & wall

  • Read from the parking lot and sidewalk
  • Lit or unlit depending on trading hours
  • Constrained by landlord sign criteria
  • The identification everyone needs
At the road

Pole, pylon & monument

  • Read at speed from passing traffic
  • Pole and pylon for deep setbacks
  • Monument where the entrance is close
  • Structure usually outlives the face by years
Inside

Lobby & interior

  • Read from a few feet, so detail matters
  • Cut acrylic, metal-faced or dimensional letters
  • Stand-off mounting for depth and shadow
  • Cut on our own router and laser

Refacing beats replacing, usually

When a storefront or pylon sign looks finished, the structure is almost always sound and only the face has failed. The cabinet, the poles and the footing are the expensive parts, and they routinely outlive the graphic by a decade.

Send photographs before you brace for a replacement quote. A new printed and laminated face on a sound cabinet costs a fraction of rebuilding, needs no new footing, and usually goes up in one visit.

Where a sign genuinely is past saving, we remove and dispose of the old one and install the new in the same trip — see sign removal.

How a storefront job runs

01

Sign criteria first

If you are in a leased unit your landlord has issued criteria covering size, type and materials. Send it before anything is designed.

02

Design to the constraints

We lay out something that satisfies the criteria rather than something that has to be redrawn.

03

Fabricate

Printed and laminated, cut on the router or laser, assembled in Rosenberg.

04

Install

Fitted across the four counties. Lit signage is connected by a licensed electrician.

Storefronts across four counties

Retail and restaurant frontage through Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, Katy and Stafford makes up most of this work — new tenants fitting out, franchise refreshes and tenant panel swaps as units change hands.

Out through Wharton, Bay City and Needville it is more often independent main street businesses doing their first proper storefront in years. See also retail signage and property management signage.

Cut in house

CNC routed & laser cut

We run both a router and a laser, which means shapes, letters and panels are cut here rather than ordered in. Acrylic takes a polished edge off the laser; the router handles wood, aluminium composite and PVC with depth and dimension.

CNC & laser cutting

Acrylic Laser cut letters, logos and panels with a polished edge
Wood Routed and carved, cut to shape at depth
Aluminium composite Contour cut rigid panels and shaped signs
PVC & Lexan Clean contours for indoor and outdoor use

Common questions

Do you make lighted storefront signs?

Yes. Lit fascia signage, illuminated cabinets and lit pylon signs are all standard work. We fabricate the sign; the electrical connection is coordinated with a licensed electrician rather than done in house.

My pylon sign looks terrible. Does it need replacing?

Usually not. The cabinet, poles and footing are the expensive parts and they normally outlive the face by years. A new printed and laminated face on a sound structure costs a fraction of a replacement. Send photographs and we will tell you which you are looking at.

What is sign criteria and where do I get it?

It is the section of a commercial lease dictating what your sign may be — size, type, materials, sometimes colour. Your landlord or property manager issues it, and it constrains the whole job, so send it before anything is designed.

Pole sign, pylon sign or monument — what is the difference?

Pole and pylon signs are elevated on one or more posts and are read at speed from a distance. A monument sits at ground level near the entrance and is read closer in. Setback and road speed decide which one your site wants.

Can you do the lobby signage as well?

Yes, and it is worth doing together so the exterior and interior read as one business. Dimensional letters, cut acrylic and metal-faced logos are cut here on our own router and laser.

Do you handle sign permits?

No, not in house. We can refer you to a partner who does, and we build to whatever dimensions and placement your approval specifies.
